Programs

Rock Steady Boxing classes are taught by Coaches who are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Each Coach has his/her own experience in boxing as a competitor, as a trainer or have been trained by professional boxing coaches.

Classes are designed to teach all members the fundamentals of boxing while focusing on over-all fitness and well being. The workouts are completely non-contact. Workouts can include ring work (20 x 20 regulation boxing ring), focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, double-ended bags, jump ropes, core work, calisthenics and circuit weight training.

No experience necessary, and equipment is available in-house for use. Ask our coaches about our equipment packages which can be purchased.
